Truffle Baked Brie with Truffle Spiced Nuts

Truffle Spiced Nuts
- 2 c mixed nuts
- ¼ c butter
- 3 Tbs The Truffleist truffle honey
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp cloves
- tt flaky sea salt
- Preheat oven to 400F.
In a small pot, combine the butter, truffle honey, sugar, and spices. Place over low heat, and allow sugar to dissolve and melt into the butter and honey.
Spread nuts evenly over a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper, then drizzle the butter mixture over and toss well.
Place in the center of the oven and roast nuts 15 - 20 minutes, until starting to become golden.
Remove from the oven and give them a stir, then allow to sit and cool. Serve with Truffle Baked Brie, in a salad, or eat on their own!
Truffle Baked Brie
- 1 ea small wheel brie
- 1 Tbs The Truffleist truffle butter
Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put the brie in the center of the baking sheet. Spoon truffle butter over the top.
Place baking sheet in the center of the oven, and cook for 10 minutes, until the butter is melted, and the brie is soft.
Transfer to a plate and top with Truffle Spiced Nuts
